Brittany McCorkell is a woman of resilience, purpose, and vision. She is a mother, daughter, sister, friend, and entrepreneur who is deeply committed to helping others become the best versions of themselves. With a passion for personal transformation and community empowerment, Brittany has turned her life journey into a platform for healing and success.
Originally from Atlantic City, New Jersey, Brittany’s life took a transformative turn in 2010 during a period of incarceration. It was within the walls of Integrity House—a halfway house focused on rehabilitation and reintegration—where she began laying the foundation for her future as a business leader. During this time, she became a Master Cosmetologist and began pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business Management.
In 2014, Brittany partnered with Coach Tyrone Hartman to co-found Image Nation Group, a holding company dedicated to entrepreneurship, personal development, and creative expression. Through this partnership, she learned the value of discipline, decision-making, and the importance of healthy lifestyle habits in building a sustainable and impactful business.

With deep roots in the cosmetology and wellness industries, Brittany uses her lived experiences—survival, trauma, incarceration, and personal growth—to mentor others on how to create fulfilling lives and thriving businesses. Her work is a testament to the power of second chances, self-belief, and strategic action.
Co-Founders, Visionaries, and Leaders. (1975–2023)
Coach Tyrone Hartman and Brittany McCorkell met in 2014 in Newark, New Jersey. In 2015, they made the life-changing decision to move to Atlanta, Georgia, where they launched a full-body waxing salon — a bold step that became the foundation for what would grow into Image Nation Group, Salon Bootcamp, and Image Nation Media.
Coach Hartman was a Newark native who turned his life around after early struggles, including incarceration as a teenager. Determined to rise above his past, he earned his GED, went on to college, and ultimately received two master’s degrees — one in Organizational Management and Development, and the other in Human Social Services. He dedicated over 25 years to the Human Services industry before transitioning to full-time entrepreneurship in 2015.
Coach was more than a business leader — he was an Executive & Life Leadership Coach, an author, a mentor, a visionary, a father, a partner, and a deeply compassionate human being. His passion for serving others helped countless individuals on their business journeys, inspired many to pursue counseling careers, and uplifted families and communities across the country.
On September 24, 2023, Coach Hartman passed on and became an ancestor. His absence is deeply felt, but his presence remains in every corner of Image Nation Group — from the client-centered salon model to the salon suites and media ventures he helped bring to life.
